Breast Asymmetry Correction Surgery

It is normal to have slight asymmetries between your breasts. Often one breast will be more developed than the other, or will have a slightly different shape than the other breast. Nipple / areola size and shape differences can also be a source of asymmetry. While such asymmetries are often minimal, some women have more than just slight asymmetry and feel like their breasts are completely different. This can be a source of significant emotional, social, and functional distress for women.

Nipple areola complex reduction techniques can be used to address asymmetries of the nipple and areola. In most cases, a combination of the above techniques is needed.
